One day, a person’s post caught my attention on the Internet, so I went through all of his posts.
What I found there was that most of the content of the posts was self-deprecating and lamenting their misery.
For example, Hard, painful, regretful, annoying to others, I am like this, and more…
Many of the photos on the site were also gloomy.
This happen reminded me of something.
It was my past self.
In the past, I was addicted to “Unhappiness Fantasies” and thought about how unhappy I was, concocting all kinds of things to get people to satisfy my need for approval.
As a result, I became a so-called “Negative Person”, complaining to the people around me every day and becoming depressed in my room.
Instead of pursuing my own potential, I counted what I lacked in my life.
Here is a look at the “Present”.
Then I realized that I was getting everything.
Various facilities were built in my place where I lived, where there was nothing.
Vending machines were installed in the neighborhood, a delicious takoyaki (octopus dumpling) shop opened, and so on, just like the “Proof of the Twelve Disciples,” things became more and more convenient.
I myself received various things as needed.
In addition, I was guided to start my own business, which I have always wanted to do.
Thus, rather than focusing on “my unhappiness”, it is much more beneficial to count the reasons why I am happy, and I can thank God a lot for that.
